No refunds on purchases
Once you have paid, the files are available to you immediately and can be copied or shared, and we cannot take them back. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products, including when you change your mind, when the product does not suit your server, or when it does not work with other plugins or versions.
Before you buy
- Read the full description, the supported Minecraft versions and the changelog on the product page.
- Check the images and the creator’s store, and ask the creator a question first if you are unsure.
- Free products are a good way to try a creator’s work before you pay for another.
Payment errors we will correct
This is not a refund for a product you do not want. It is a fix when something goes wrong with the payment itself:
- Charged twice. You paid more than once for the same product by mistake. We will refund the extra payment.
- Charged but no access. Your payment went through but your purchase does not appear in your library. We will give you access, and refund you only if we cannot.
Email us at the address below within 7 days with the order number and what happened.
If a product is broken or misleading
Creators are expected to support their products and fix real bugs. Contact the creator first through their store. If a product is not what its page says, tell us: we can ask the creator to fix it, or remove the product and the creator’s access to selling. That does not change the sale being final.
Disputes with your bank
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider. If a payment is reversed, we may withdraw your licence to the product and suspend the account while it is sorted out.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
